Services Offered

We provide plumbing, heating, air conditioning, boiler, water heater, and evaporative cooler services in Mesa County and surrounding areas, subject to technician availability and service area limits.

Estimates & Scheduling

Estimates depend on the information available at the time of request. Appointment requests require office confirmation and remain subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Invoice terms apply unless alternative arrangements are made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Additional workmanship warranties appear in writing on estimates or invoices.

Liability Limitations

GPS Plumbing & Mechanical LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
