After-Hours Info & Emergency Contacts

Our office hours, what to do in an emergency, and who to call for water, gas and power.

Life-threatening emergency? If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone outside, call 911 first from outside, then call your gas utility (Xcel Energy 1-800-895-2999). Don't flip switches or use anything that could spark inside.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

After hours: We don't offer after-hours service at this time. If you have an emergency, please call the first company that can get to you.

Burst pipe or water leak in your home: shut off your main water valve and call a plumber. For a water main or street leak, call your water provider below.

These numbers were taken from each provider's website in October 2026. Providers can change their numbers, so check your bill if one doesn't connect. This list covers the Grand Junction area. If you're in Delta, Montrose or elsewhere, check your bill for your provider.
